Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Elaine Cernuto Coaching and Hypnotherapy hereafter referred to as “the Practitioner”, including hypnotherapy sessions and the Resilience Reset Programme (“the Programme”), whether delivered online or in person.
By booking or attending a session or programme, the client agrees to these terms.
1. Services Provided
The Practitioner offers:
• Individual Hypnotherapy sessions
• The Resilience Reset Programme based on HeartMath® techniques (1:1 or group sessions)
These services are intended for personal development, emotional well-being, and stress resilience. They do not constitute medical or psychiatric treatment.
2. Client Eligibility
Clients must:
• Be over 18 years of age (unless with written parental/guardian consent)
• Disclose any medical or psychological conditions that may affect participation
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs at the time of the session
3. Bookings & Payments
• All sessions must be booked in advance.
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment methods accepted: bank transfer
For The Resilience Reset:
• Full programme fee must be paid before the first session, unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
• The HeartMath® Inner Balance Coherence Plus device will be shipped to your preferred address after enrolment for the Premium package. Shipping within the UK is included. Additional costs may apply for international delivery.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: full session fee is charged.
• No refunds will be given for missed sessions or partially completed programmes.
• In case of practitioner illness or emergency, sessions will be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Information will only be disclosed:
• With your consent
• If required by law
• If there is a risk of serious harm to you or others
6. Client Responsibility
• Results may vary. The Practitioner does not guarantee specific outcomes.
• The client agrees to take full responsibility for their own health and well-being during and after the sessions.
• The client understands that the sessions are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Your progress will depend on your commitment to the process. While many clients experience deep transformation, individual results will vary and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (including workbooks, videos, techniques) remain the property of the Practitioner and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Practitioner is not liable for:
• Any indirect or consequential losses
• Any decisions or actions taken by the client as a result of the sessions
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. HeartMath® Disclaimer
The Resilience Reset Programme incorporates HeartMath® techniques, which are evidence-based but not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment. HeartMath® is a registered trademark of Quantum Intech, Inc. and used under licence.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Amendments
The Practitioner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
